Mick Olson

Mick Olson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of TopLine Financial Credit Union. He joined TopLine in 2006 as Senior Vice President and CFO before being named CEO in 2023. During his tenure, he has overseen finance, accounting, information services, card services, insurance, investment services, human resources, collections, and strategic planning. With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Olson is passionate about leadership, strategic planning, technology, and innovation. He earned a B.S. in Accounting from St. Cloud State University and an MBA in Finance from University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. Olson enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, two grandchildren, and the outdoors.
