Phil Prothero

Phil Prothero serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Our Community Credit Union, a role he assumed in May 2025 after more than 22 years in financial services. He brings diverse leadership experience and a broad operational background, having served in leadership roles at America’s Credit Union and Red Canoe Credit Union in Washington state.

Throughout his career, Phil has worked across all areas of credit union operations, with a strong focus on people, strategic growth, and member service. He is committed to strengthening communities through meaningful partnerships that expand access, build trust, and support long term prosperity.
