Steve Bone

Steve became President and CEO of Member Access Processing (MAP) in September 2023, bringing over 33 years of leadership in financial services technology. His career spans executive roles at FIS, Capco, Q2, First Entertainment Credit Union, Trellance, and Ongoing Operations, with experience across 20 countries and digital banking implementations on three continents. Known for strategic vision and operational excellence, Steve has led large-scale digital, cloud, and core processing transformations that improved efficiency, reduced costs, and strengthened regulatory outcomes. He previously served as CIO at First Entertainment Credit Union and as SVP of Strategy for Q2’s Banking-as-a-Service division.
